OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES & TERMS
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Overview
Revelry Surf Co. (“Revelry”) is celebrating the launch of its newest surfboard model with two separate promotions:
- Win a Custom Surfboard Giveaway: Enter on the Revelry website for a chance to win a custom surfboard of the newly released model.
- Name Our Next Model: Suggest a name for the new surfboard model through Revelry’s official Instagram contest post.
Both promotions will run simultaneously. Participation in one is not required to participate in the other.
2. Promotion Dates
Both promotions begin on TBD and close on TBD.
The selected model name and giveaway winner will be announced on the official launch date, [TBD], through Revelry’s Instagram account, @revelrysurf.
Revelry plans to announce the selected model name in the morning and the surfboard giveaway winner in the afternoon.
3. Eligibility
The promotions are open to eligible participants residing in the US, subject to applicable laws and restrictions.
Participants must have an Instagram account and follow @revelrysurf to be eligible.
Participants who are minors must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Additional parental consent or eligibility restrictions may apply before an entry can be accepted or a prize awarded.
Employees of Revelry Surf Co. and their immediate family members are not eligible to win the surfboard giveaway.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. Win a Custom Surfboard — How to Enter
To enter the surfboard giveaway:
- Visit revelrysurf.com/pages/name-it-win-it.
- Complete and submit the official giveaway entry form.
- Provide your name, valid email address, and Instagram username.
- Follow @revelrysurf on Instagram.
No purchase is required.
Limit one giveaway entry per person unless otherwise stated by Revelry.
Subscribing to Revelry marketing emails is optional and is not required to enter or win.
5. Surfboard Giveaway Prize
One eligible winner will receive one custom surfboard of Revelry’s newly launched model, subject to available construction, sizing, design, and customization options determined by Revelry.
Approximate retail value: $800.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred without Revelry’s approval.
Local pickup will be available at a location arranged by Revelry. Shipping or delivery arrangements for a winner unable to collect the prize locally will be confirmed in the final promotion terms.
6. Surfboard Giveaway Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible giveaway entries received during the promotion period.
The potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements, including following @revelrysurf on Instagram.
Revelry will contact the potential winner using the email address or Instagram username provided during entry.
The potential winner must respond within 7 days after notification. If the potential winner does not respond, cannot be verified, or is ineligible, Revelry may select an alternate winner.
The winner will be announced on Revelry’s Instagram account on launch day, following eligibility verification.
7. Name Our Next Model — How to Participate
To suggest a name for Revelry’s newest surfboard model:
- Follow @revelrysurf on Instagram.
- Find the official Name Our Next Model contest post.
- Comment with your suggested model name before the promotion closes or send us a DM.
Name suggestions submitted through other channels may not be considered.
Revelry encourages original, creative names that reflect the personality, design, and performance of the new surfboard.
8. Model Name Selection
Revelry will review eligible name suggestions and select a name based on creativity, originality, brand suitability, and overall fit with the new model.
The selected name will be determined by Revelry, not by random drawing or number of likes.
Submitting a name does not guarantee that it will be selected.
The selected name will be announced on Instagram on the morning of the new model’s launch.
The naming promotion does not include an additional physical or cash prize. Revelry may publicly acknowledge the participant whose suggestion is selected.
By submitting a name, participants grant Revelry permission to use, adapt, modify, and incorporate the submitted name into its products, branding, advertising, and marketing without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Revelry reserves the right to select a different name, modify a submitted name, or decline to use any submitted suggestion.
9. General Participation Rules
Participants agree to provide accurate information and comply with these Official Rules.
Revelry may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, duplicated in violation of entry limits, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with the promotion rules.
Revelry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel either promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent fair or proper administration, subject to applicable law.
10. Privacy and Marketing
Information submitted through the giveaway form will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, and fulfill the prize.
Participants may separately choose to subscribe to Revelry marketing emails. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect giveaway eligibility.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Revelry’s Privacy Policy, available on its website.
11. Instagram Disclaimer
These promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By participating, entrants release Instagram and Meta from responsibility for the promotions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
