Non-Refundable Deposits, Custom Orders & Returns Policy

Deposits

All custom surfboard orders require a deposit to secure your build slot and materials.

• All deposits are non-refundable.
• Deposits cover design consultation, materials procurement, labor scheduling, and production costs.
• Once a custom order has entered production, the deposit cannot be refunded or transferred.
• By placing a custom order and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Final Payment

The remaining balance is due in full prior to delivery, pickup, or shipment.

• Completed boards will not be released until full payment has been received.
• If the remaining balance is not paid within 14 days of notification that your board is complete, the order may be considered abandoned.

In the event of non-payment:

• The deposit will be forfeited.
• Revelry Surf Co. reserves the right to hold, resell, or otherwise dispose of the board(s) to recover material and labor costs.

Custom Orders & Returns

Due to the custom nature of our surfboards:

• All custom surfboards are final sale.
• Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once production has begun.
• Minor cosmetic variations are a natural part of the hand-shaping process and are not considered defects.

Shipping & International Orders

• All shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Revelry Surf Co. is not responsible for delays or issues caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, or payment processors.

Production Timeline

Estimated production timelines are provided in good faith but may vary due to material availability, weather conditions, glassing schedules, or overall workload.

Production delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refunds, or chargebacks.
