Non-Refundable Deposits, Custom Orders & Returns Policy
Deposits
All custom surfboard orders require a deposit to secure your build slot and materials.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposits cover design consultation, materials, labor scheduling, and production costs.
  • Once a custom order has entered production, the deposit cannot be refunded or transferred.
By placing a custom order and submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Final Payment
  • The remaining balance is due in full prior to delivery, pickup, or shipment.
  • Completed boards will not be released until full payment has been received.
  • If the remaining balance is not paid within 14 days of completion notice, the order may be considered abandoned.
In the event of non-payment:
  • The deposit will be forfeited.
  • The board(s) may be held, resold, or otherwise disposed of to recover materials and labor costs.
Custom Orders & Returns
Due to the custom nature of surfboards:
  • Custom surfboards are final sale.
  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted on custom boards once production has begun.
  • Minor cosmetic variations are inherent to hand-shaped boards and do not constitute defects.
Shipping & International Orders
  • All shipping costs, duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by payment processors, customs, or international carriers.
Production Timeline
Estimated production timelines are provided in good faith but may vary due to materials, weather, glassing schedules, or workload. Delays do not constitute grounds for refunds.
